The event builds on growing evidence that safe and affordable housing plays a powerful role in improving health outcomes, featuring institutions that are implementing innovative approaches to address the housing needs of their patient population as a way of improving health care outcomes.


The Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts Foundation, along with The Boston Foundation, Citizens’ Housing and Planning Association, and the Massachusetts Association of Community Development Corporations, will co-host a “Hospitals & Housing Investments Forum” during which health care executives and housing advocates from Massachusetts and across the country will examine emerging and successful models. The event builds on growing evidence that safe and affordable housing plays a powerful role in improving health outcomes, featuring institutions that are implementing innovative approaches to address the housing needs of their patient population as a way of improving health care outcomes.
